Where do you deliver?
We currently serve the Philadelphia area, with plans to expand in the future. Enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available in your area.
What can I order?
BASH offers a curated selection of beauty and everyday essentials, including hair care, braiding hair and accessories, wigs and extensions, makeup, skincare, barber and grooming products, men's care, self-care essentials, and everyday necessities.
If it's part of your beauty routine, there's a good chance we've got it.
Do I need the app to order?
Not at all! You can shop directly on our website or download the BASH app for an even faster shopping experience.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery fee is $3.95.
Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE delivery.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely!
Once your order is on the way, you'll receive live tracking updates so you know exactly where your BASH Babe is and when your order will arrive.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll notify you right away and help you choose the best available alternative or issue a refund for that item.
Can I return my order?
Because many beauty products are personal-use items, all sales are final.

Can I schedule a delivery?
At this time, orders are delivered as quickly as possible after they're placed. As BASH continues to grow, we'll explore additional delivery options, including scheduled deliveries.
What happens if I'm not home?
If you're unavailable when your order arrives, your BASH Babe will follow the delivery instructions provided at checkout or attempt to contact you. We recommend keeping your phone nearby so we can ensure a smooth delivery.
